Variety of InfoOffice Québécois de la Langue Française (OQLF)
This is THE site that every translator, every educator, every professional, and every French-language geek uses—not only in Québec—but I'm told a lot of French also are quite fond of this site. This is Québec's equivalent to France's Académie Française and/or FranceTerme.
One of the components of this site is Le Grand Dictionnaire Terminologique (also mentioned below) and this is as close as the Francophones of North America have gotten to creating an actual truly North-American bilingual dictionary. There's just one small problem; unfortunately, they do not offer common everyday vocabulary, just specialized and newly-coined terminology. Nonetheless, I still highly recommend its use as a starting point.
Site has a search function.
Once again, the European French equivalent (more or less) of the OQLF is FranceTerme. If you're translating from Quebec French to Metropolitan French, this site may be useful.

Dictionnaire Nord-Américain de la Langue Française
(Bélisle, Beauchemin)Unilingual (French Only)
My first "French-French dictionary" and still my favorite. If this dictionary were translated into North-American English, it would radically change things on this continent.
BAND/GROUP Le Vent du Nord has performed all across Canada, capturing its highest awards and honors for a modern traditional sound from Quebec that leaves no pair of shoes flat on the floor for long. They've been in 15 European countries. They are one of the most-loved Quebec folk groups throughout the world.
FILM This is a must-see film by Ben Levine for anyone of French Canadian roots. It exposes the little known story of the French Canadians in the New England area with a few shocking facts including how ignorant a lot of Franco-Americans are themselves regarding their heritage language.
The film is unfortunately not available through Netflix and other such services. Go to the site for information on how it can be obtained.

Speak Québec! (Dan Kraus)
Technically speaking, there is no common everyday "North-American French to North-American English / North-American English to North-American French" dictionary on line or in print as of the date of this writing. To a large extent, that is one of the main reasons why THIS site exists. Nonetheless, this is what is available out there.
